Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3
This is a fast paced administrative role focused on student records, enrolment support, customer service, data accuracy and general office administration. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Help students complete the enrolment process.
- Answer questions from students and staff.
- Work with staff to organise and schedule student enrolments.
- Prepare enrolment documents, forms, emails and text messages.
- Help prepare documents for audit.
- Maintain student files and records.
- Carry out other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
- GCSE in: English (grade 4 or above), Maths (grade 4 or above).
- Enhanced DBS.
- Desirable to live in Walthamstow or surrounding boroughs.
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
