Excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their administration knowledge and to kick start a career in business working within a small but busy office with a supportive team within the transport sector.

Job duties will include;

  • Ensuring Client details are up to date on the database.
  • Reception duties, for example, meeting visitors and greeting them.
  • Answering the phone for customers and booking them in.
  • Handling post, ordering stationery and stock for the office.
  • General filing and archiving of work materials.
  • Assisting management when required.
