About the Role
St Albans Catholic High School is looking for a driven and focused candidate to join their busy administration team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience whilst working towards a level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Working Week
- Mon-Thurs: 08:30 - 17:00 with 1 hour Lunch
- Fri: 08:30 - 16:30 with 1 hour Lunch
- 37 hours per week
Wage
- £9.00 per hour
- Wage rises to National Minimum Wage after 12 months if over 19 years old.
Qualification
- Business Administration level 3
- Duration: 18 months
- Training Provider: LMP Education
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of agendas, briefing papers, reports, presentations, correspondence and other documentation using Microsoft Office 365
- Learning to produce accurate meeting minutes, action logs and follow-up documentation for meetings.
- Supporting the monitoring and tracking of actions arising from meetings to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
- Maintaining confidential electronic and paper filing systems in accordance with Trust procedures and data protection requirements
- Assisting with academy onboarding, conversion and Trust development projects through effective administrative coordination
- Assisting with the ordering and management of office supplies and equipment
- Contributing ideas that improve administrative systems, digital processes and ways of working across the Trust
