Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and motivated Business Administration Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate, recent school leaver, or early-career professional who wants to build experience in business administration, office operations, and coordination.

The successful candidate will help maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules, prepare documents, respond to routine enquiries, and provide general administrative support across the business. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while ensuring seamless collaboration with the team through digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams, primarily remotely.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, spreadsheets, and documents using cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and routine communications, supporting team productivity.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling virtual meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting follow-up actions.
  • Handle incoming enquiries via email or phone and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Support data entry, filing, document management, and record keeping in line with company policies and data protection standards.
  • Assist with purchasing, invoice processing, expense tracking, and other routine administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders via digital communication channels.
  • Help improve administrative processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting digital solutions.
  • Perform other general business administration duties as required, adapting to evolving team needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
