Company Description
QUBE Automotive is a specialist provider of automotive data intelligence, reporting, and consultancy, helping vehicle manufacturers and dealer networks turn complex aftersales data into clear, actionable insight. The organization delivers bespoke reporting platforms, performance dashboards, and data management solutions tailored to real-world aftersales challenges. With a consultancy-led approach focused on flexibility, scalability, and close collaboration, QUBE Automotive acts as a long-term partner rather than a one-size-fits-all software vendor. Trusted by leading automotive brands, the company’s goal is to help clients unlock the full value of their data, improve genuine parts sales, and drive measurable performance improvement.
Role Purpose
The Business Administration Coordinator supports Qube's day-to-day client reporting, data processing, rebilling, and business administration. Reporting to the Business Administration Manager, the role involves established recurring processes where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential. This is a junior role, but the postholder must develop sufficient capability to provide reliable holiday and absence cover once trained. Automotive knowledge is not required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
