About the Job
Are you looking to kickstart your career in banking and gain a unique, cross-functional view of how a global financial institution operates? Join our Engineering team. We are expanding our presence in the region to support business growth, strengthen project governance, and enhance our internal controls. Although this internship sits within the Engineering division, we are specifically looking for a Business Administration profile—no technical or engineering studies required. You will support the team across projects, processes, and control activities, gaining broad exposure to multiple business units and an excellent entry point into the banking industry.

What You Will Do
- Project Coordination & Governance: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of complex multi-stakeholder projects across technical functions, ensuring project deadlines and governance standards are maintained.
- Process & Internal Controls Support: Support the team in monitoring and reviewing internal control activities, identifying operational efficiency bottlenecks, and helping optimize daily workflows.
- KPI Tracking & Executive Reporting: Gather operational data, track key metrics, and prepare clear, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for senior stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various business units, acting as an effective liaison to align technical operations with organizational goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Current student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related commercial field. A strong interest in understanding how engineering and operations function within a global banking environment is essential. No engineering background required.
- Languages: Fluent English (C2) is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is highly valued.
- Key Competencies: Exceptional organizational, structured thinking, and workload management skills. High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, KPI tracking, performance reporting) and PowerPoint (executive decks, project updates).
