KWS UK Ltd. Business Administration Manager (m/w/d)

KWS UK Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented candidate as Business Administration Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Thriplow. In this role, you will be the primary coordinator for administrative operations and compliance initiatives. Oversee administrative functions of the organisation, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with policies, and support for senior management. This role involves planning, oversight of administrative staff, budget management, and process improvement initiatives.

This job is full-time, and a hybrid working model is possible for this role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the administration team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Execute administrative systems, policies, and procedures through close collaboration with corporate functions (e.g. IT, HR, Finance).
  • Manage office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate internal communication and provide executive support to senior management.
  • Oversee reporting and documentation across departments.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Train and mentor staff across all functions in administrative best practices.

Your Profile:

  • Academic degree in business administration or similar area.
  • Solid experience in administration or office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder influence.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business ethics.
  • Trusted with highly confidential information.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Effective relationship builder across diverse stakeholder groups.
