Company Description
Preservation Windows is a family-run business specialising in the manufacture, restoration and installation of traditional sash and case windows.
With our manufacturing workshop in Cumbernauld, established Glasgow showroom and a second showroom opening in Edinburgh, we're looking for a Business Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Role Description
This is a varied role combining day-to-day business administration and customer enquiries with marketing and content creation. You'll play an important part in the customer journey, from responding to initial enquiries and preparing job documentation to creating content and helping promote Preservation Windows across Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Business Studies, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers both over the phone and in person
- An interest in social media and content creation, with experience taking high-quality photos and creating engaging social content
- An interest in property, interiors, architecture or home improvement
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfortable learning new digital systems
- Experience with Monday.com or CAD software would be an advantage
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer-facing or coordination role would be beneficial
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed within a growing business
