Tutor - Administration Assistant (Level 2) & Business Administrator (Level 3)

We are seeking an experienced Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and support across the Administration Assistant (L2) and Business Administrator (L3) apprenticeship standards. You'll help learners develop from foundational administrative skills to more advanced business administration, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging teaching and coaching aligned to L2 and L3 apprenticeship standards.
  • Support learners to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for successful workplace practice and End-Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Teach administrative systems, business processes, office procedures, and digital technologies.
  • Develop learners' communication, organisation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Support portfolio building, workplace application of learning, and progression opportunities.
  • Embed professional behaviours, safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion, health and safety, data protection, and GDPR.

Essential Experience & Knowledge

  • Current occupational competence in business administration, office management, customer service, or business support functions.
  • Experience of administrative systems, records management, meeting and diary management, and business communication.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and information security.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, confidentiality, and organisational compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting process improvement and business operations (particularly at Level 3).
