Help keep our Homeschooling Hub running smoothly by supporting day-to-day operations, welcoming visitors, and assisting staff. Your organization and positive attitude will help create a safe, welcoming environment for children, families, and volunteers.

What difference will you make?

You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment where children, families, volunteers, and staff can thrive. Experience in administration, reception, office management, hospitality, or customer service.

As our Business Administration Volunteer (Assistant Office Manager), you will:

  • Welcome visitors and support reception duties.
  • Coordinate office supplies and help maintain an organized workspace.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the Homeschooling Hub.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Support breakfast, lunch provision, and kitchen organization.
  • Assist with our food pantry and book bank.
  • Prepare activity spaces and resources for sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and volunteers.
  • Help ensure the hub operates efficiently for children, families, and the wider team.
