Business Administrator
Location: Daventry (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: Up to £38,000 (up to £40,000 for an exceptional candidate) + Company Bonus
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Administrator to join our team of around 80 employees. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Around 50% of your time will be dedicated to Health & Safety administration.
HR & Health & Safety Administration
- Maintain employee and Health & Safety records, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, annual leave, absence, and probation administration.
- Coordinate mandatory training, PPE records, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with the Company's outsourced Health & Safety provider and monitor compliance activities, training, and certification renewals.
- Produce reports and provide administrative support for HR and compliance activities.

Fleet & Office Administration
- Support the administration of the Company vehicle fleet, including servicing, MOTs, repairs, and vehicle records.
- Coordinate company mobile phones and other business equipment.
- Monitor office maintenance requirements and liaise with external suppliers.
Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with Company policies and relevant legislation.
- Support audits, policy rollouts, and general compliance activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider leadership team.
