If youâre organised, proactive and the sort of person who likes keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a brilliant opportunity to build your career within a creative agency.
Weâre working with a Newcastle-based creative agency looking for a Business Administrator to join its Operations team.
Itâs a really varied role, supporting everything from the day-to-day running of the studio and internal communications through to production, onboarding and the wider leadership team.
You definitely wonât be doing the same thing every day.
đ What youâll be doing
Youâll help keep the business organised and running smoothly, including:
- Supporting day-to-day business administration and operations
- Helping manage meeting rooms, office supplies, facilities and equipment
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the team
- Supporting production administration, including talent consent forms, footage and file management
- Helping manage access to internal systems and IT equipment
- Pulling together the agencyâs weekly internal business update
- Supporting internal communications and the weekly newsletter
- Helping with new starter onboarding, accounts, permissions and building access
- Completing Right to Work checks and other people administration
- Supporting the leadership team with meetings, calendars and general administration
- Getting involved in the agencyâs sustainability programme and other wider business projects

đ Who weâre looking for
This is an entry-level opportunity, so weâre not expecting years of experience.
You might already have some experience in administration, coordination or another support role and be looking for the chance to develop your career in a busy, creative environment.
More importantly, youâll be:
- Really well organised with good attention to detail
- Friendly, helpful and happy getting stuck in
- Proactive rather than waiting to be asked
- Confident communicating with different people across a business
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and picking up new systems
- Able to juggle different tasks and priorities
- Someone with a good work ethic and a bit of personality!

Youâll be joining an established creative agency working across branding, campaigns, digital and marketing for a broad range of clients.
Itâs a collaborative studio made up of creatives, developers, marketers, project managers and strategists, with a genuinely varied mix of work going through the agency.
