Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure smooth operations of the Quadralene workflows.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring accurate order entry and timely confirmation to customers.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Production, Procurement and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are understood and orders are progressed effectively.
- Manage customer queries relating to deliveries, product availability, returns and complaints, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Manage purchasing activities for office consumables and operational requirements.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders with suppliers, ensuring accurate information is recorded and orders are processed efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements, availability and expected delivery dates, escalating any delays or issues where required.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers through regular communication via telephone and email.
- Support Dental CPD training administration, including preparation of certificates and associated documentation.
- Assist the Facilities and Maintenance Manager where required, including supporting reception activities and visitor management.
