We are seeking a Business Administrator professional to support 55001 asset management compliance, CAFM engineering PPM compliance planning, and helpdesk operations.
The role plays a key part in ensuring effective coordination of engineering activities, accurate reporting, and compliance with required standards.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised individual who can deliver an efficient helpdesk service, support third-party resource planning, and maintain strong client and colleague relationships while ensuring all operational and safety procedures are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer back-office functions to support 55001 asset management compliance, including PPM CAFM upload sheets and reporting on completion, corrective actions, and forward planning
- Book and coordinate service visits for supply chain contractors, including creating and submitting health and safety work packs for approval
- Ensure all safety documentation and compliance packs are issued, tracked, and actioned within required timeframes
- Operate an effective helpdesk service, managing enquiries and directing workflow using electronic systems
- Log and prioritise all calls accurately, assigning reference numbers and meeting KPI response times
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to allocate work and maintain clear two-way communication
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including cover for colleagues during absences
- Support compliance, safety, and client relationship activities, contributing to a high standard of service delivery

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Excellent telephone manner and professional communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Competent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to engagement
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
