We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join our Support team at our Head Office in Castle Donington.

The Role

You will provide broad administrative support across Health, Safety and Environmental, vehicle fleet, service activities, corrective action requests and training activities. This will include maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, supporting investigations, gathering information for reports, monitoring actions through to completion and assisting with communications across the business. You will also help ensure that key processes, procedures and training requirements are kept up to date, well organised and accessible, supporting compliance, operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute a variety of departmental communications using PowerPoint, Yodeck internal communication screens and the company intranet.
  • Support data gathering and reporting for a range of departmental compliance obligations, including waste packaging and WEEE.
  • Administer fleet requirements, including breakdowns, accident liaison, repairs and maintenance.
  • Support fleet technology platforms, reporting and driver administration.
  • Provide training and guidance on processes and policies across the business, including supporting the electronic learning monitoring system.
  • Support the creation, issue and review of Health and Safety documentation, including risk assessments, policies, procedures and training materials.
  • Administer the company corrective action request system, supporting investigations, updates and follow-through of agreed actions.
  • General diary management and administration support.

Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, typically 8am - 4pm, based at Head Office in Castle Donington.

About You

  • Experienced Administrator with 5+ years in a similar role
  • Computer literate, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge or experience of Visio would be advantageous
  • An interest in Health, Safety, Environmental and Fleet aspects would be advantageous
  • Previous experience of working in a busy, fast-paced administrative role is essential
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Confidence to present, inspire and engage with others
  • Full driving licence essential, as some travel may be required on occasion
