North London Garages is seeking a motivated/enthusiastic individual to join us as a Business Admin Apprentice.

If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, this is a great opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while building a career in administration.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Respond to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing a high standard of customer service
  • Solve queries/problems or redirect to the correct person
  • Respond to generic emails, direct correspondence to the correct person or resolve queries
  • Use computer-based systems as appropriate in the performance of duties
  • Update and maintain the company database, ensuring information is current and appropriate
  • Compile, maintain, and update files and records, both paper and electronic, including filing and archiving
  • Liaise with internal and external clients as required
  • Service meetings, including booking rooms, minute-taking and processing, meeting preparation, arranging refreshments, course bookings, and managing visitors
