We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Apprentice to join our team. As an Administrative Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day operations of the office, develop professional skills, and learn how an effective administrative function contributes to business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Greeting visitors and providing a professional first impression.
  • Managing emails and correspondence.
  • Maintaining and updating electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Data entry and database maintenance within our bespoke software system.
  • Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Essential qualifications

  • GCSE in:
    • English (grade 4/C or above)
    • Maths (grade 4/C or above)
