We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Apprentice to join our team. As an Administrative Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day operations of the office, develop professional skills, and learn how an effective administrative function contributes to business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Greeting visitors and providing a professional first impression.
- Managing emails and correspondence.
- Maintaining and updating electronic and paper filing systems.
- Data entry and database maintenance within our bespoke software system.
- Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks.
- Ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

- GCSE in:
