Business Administrator Apprentice
Safeline Environmental is a customer-centric licenced asbestos removal contractor.
Requirements
- GCSEs in maths and English (grade 4/C)
- Communication skills
- Confident
- Reliable
- Adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Other relevant qualifications and industry experience are beneficial and may adjust the apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the operations diary
- Monitoring and implementation of requests from clients and their stakeholders
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure the clients’ and their stakeholders’ needs are met
- Covering administrative tasks whilst team members are out of the office
- Liaising with clients and their stakeholders to organise convenient dates for works to be undertaken via email, telephone etc
- Resolving queries from clients and their stakeholders
- Working as part of a team
- General administration to include the generation of the project
- Completion of files, Certificates of Reoccupation and also critical paperwork

Benefits
- Wage: £16,640 for the first year (subject to increase based on age, National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices applies).
- Training provided, including Business administrator (level 3) qualification through NCG.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (40 hours per week with a half-hour unpaid lunch break).
- Duration: 1 year 9 months.
- Asbestos awareness training and other necessary training.
- Opportunities for earnings to increase over time.
- The role is designed to train a key member of the team for a role at the end of the apprenticeship term.
