What you'll do at work

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will support the activities that help the organisation win new business. You will gain experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to maintain customer and opportunity records, alongside SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications to manage documents and support collaboration across the business. You will assist with the production of professional proposal documents, including formatting, quality checking and coordinating information from subject matter experts liaising with colleagues across the business from engineering, project management, finance, commercial and leadership teams. You will also support reporting activities, maintain proposal content libraries, conduct market and competitor research, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement activities.

Through a combination of structured apprenticeship learning and practical workplace experience, you will develop valuable organisational, communication and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to the full bid and proposal lifecycle. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
