Glendale Creative Business Admin Apprentice
Glendale Creative is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to support the day-to-day running of our studio. You’ll help keep projects, systems and studio operations organised, manage admin across tools, supporting compliance tasks, coordinating meetings and deliveries, and assisting the team with production and client support.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
The Role
This is more than a general admin role. You’ll be at the heart of the studio supporting studio planning, project coordination and production, while helping keep our internal systems accurate and up to date.
Working closely with the Studio Director and wider team, you’ll help manage studio operations, support compliance admin, and keep projects moving by tracking requests and actions across tools like Slack, Monday.com and Trello. You’ll also support client and supplier coordination, prepare and proof key documents, and help with the practical logistics that sit behind great creative work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
