About The Role
Business Administrator Apprentice - Level 3
Location: Remote (UK) or Bristol area, with occasional UK travel required
Salary: £20,300 per annum
Duration: 2-Year Apprenticeship

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation while working towards a recognised Level 3 qualification.
About The Role
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will provide administrative and operational support across the organisation, helping teams deliver high-quality services and projects. You will work alongside colleagues from a variety of functions, building valuable skills in administration, communication, project support, stakeholder engagement, and data management.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to key education projects while developing the knowledge and experience needed to build a successful career in business support and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day administrative activities across the business.
- Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with project administration and event coordination.
- Preparing business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing and maintaining data using company systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Supporting communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensuring information is handled confidentially and in line with organisational policies.
About You
We're Looking For An Individual Who Is
- Organised, reliable, and detail-focused.
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and develop professionally.
- Proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Essential Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
