Wage
£15,600 to £24,784.50, depending on your age

Salary will be reviewed every 12 months based on your progress, performance and development.
Work
What you'll do at work
- Core administration.
- Maintaining organised digital filing systems.
- Updating our Training Management System (TMS), CRM and internal databases.
- Assisting colleagues with day-to-day administration.
- Preparing documentation for meetings and supporting internal communications.
- Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms and SharePoint.
- Learning how business administration supports a growing organisation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes as your confidence develops.
- Support our training programmes including Oliver McGowan Training and Neuro-inclusion workshops.
- Booking and schedule training courses.
- Preparing attendance registers and certificates.
- Liaise with trainers and venues.
- Helping to prepare reports for NHS Trusts and other clients.
- Organise training materials and digital resources.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, planning, problem solving and helping things run efficiently.

What you'll learn
Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:
- write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work.
