Introduction

At G&M Vending Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while helping to improve customer service and internal processes. This is an exciting opportunity to develop business admin skills by working across customer service, project coordination, digital systems, and operational planning.

What You'll Do

  • Help create a smooth and professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to installation and ongoing support
  • Identify process delays and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improved systems and procedures
  • Design and maintain customer welcome packs to ensure new customers receive clear and consistent information
  • Coordinate vending machine installation schedules, ensuring timelines are communicated and managed effectively
  • Build and maintain customer reminder systems for scheduled communications and follow-up activities.
  • Track vending machine servicing dates across multiple customer sites, ensuring servicing schedules are maintained.
  • Improve document management by organising digital files using SharePoint, OneDrive and cloud-based storage systems.
  • Monitor document control procedures to ensure information is stored securely and is easily accessible.
  • Produce data reports and quality monitoring information to support business performance.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining email automation processes to improve communication and efficiency.
  • Support the management of vending machine product layouts (planograms) to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with product range reviews, including introducing new products and removing underperforming items.
  • Support seasonal product planning, ensuring vending machines reflect seasonal trends and customer demand.
  • Help develop and promote healthier vending options in line with customer requirements and industry trends.
  • Clean, update and maintain customer records within company systems to ensure data accuracy
