This varied role combines sales support, customer onboarding, account management and partner relationship management. You will play a key part in supporting our growing sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where they can genuinely make a difference.
What you'll do at work
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer enquiries
- Manage partner and merchant onboarding from initial contract through to successful deployment
- Send and manage DocuSign onboarding documentation for partners and merchants
- Process terminal, hardware and EPOS orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure partners and merchants are correctly configured within the EIT Payment Hub platform
- Maintain partner records, commission structures and onboarding documentation
- Conduct concierge setup calls for new EPOS customers, providing training and ensuring successful implementation
- Support merchants during onboarding via AgentHub (Worldpay), Cashflows and Revolution for Clover
- Build strong relationships with partners, merchants and suppliers
- Manage customer renewals and proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services
- Handle acquiring contract administration, chasing outstanding documentation where required
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Provide first-class customer service throughout the customer journey
- Assist with general office administration and support business requirements as requested by your line manager
