Role Description
The Business Administrator (bilingual English / Spanish) will support daily operational and administrative activities to ensure efficient business processes across GENEQ Global’s international operations. This part-time, remote role includes coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining records and documentation, and assisting with business planning and reporting. The Business Administrator will help monitor budgets and basic financial data, support project tracking and performance metrics, and prepare clear communications and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional, cross-country teams to streamline workflows, improve administrative procedures, and contribute to the smooth delivery of GENEQ Global projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Administration and Business Management skills to support day-to-day operations and organizational processes.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for writing reports, preparing presentations, and collaborating with global teams.
- Basic Finance knowledge to assist with budgets, invoices, and financial tracking.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese would be advantageous)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or international organizations is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
