Inspire Neurocare places the people we support at the heart of our service, and our main aim is to empower recovery and restore lives by providing life-changing neurorehabilitation and specialist care for people living with complex neurological conditions, brain and spinal injuries, strokes, early onset dementia, and progressive neurological conditions.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator that will manage the administrative procedures within the service as directed by the Centre Manager, ensuring that processes and procedures are well organized and effectively maintained to support the smooth running of the service.

You will act as an initial point of contact within the Senior Management team, dealing with telephone calls, emails, and messages, some of which are complex or contain sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the reception team to ensure that they create a positive first-class impression
  • Oversee the management of centre resources, including office equipment, materials, and stationery
  • Prepare and submit daily Business Development updates
  • Support and participate in the daily morning meeting, communicating key updates to the team, including staff sickness, training requirements, and other essential information to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support department leads/senior leadership team with any relevant administrative tasks to ensure the service is fully compliant and meets CQC regulations at all times

Your Skills And Expertise:

  • Proven experience of working in an administrative role within a similar setting
  • Previous payroll and budgeting experience
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and an understanding of safeguarding principles
  • Ability to manage your own workload and diary
  • Extensive experience of using Microsoft Office systems including Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
