Job Holder Role
The job holder is expected to provide a comprehensive administration service to Hikvision UK to ensure products as represented by customer orders and sales are delivered in a timely fashion to meet requirements; and to oversee the movement of products throughout the operation, maintaining excellent stock integrity; to support the manager with any other aspects of running the business, as requested.

Responsibilities
Sales Orders Management
- Maintain customer Price Lists and product prices.
- Liaise with Purchase and Logistics to ensure product availability, to meet demand.
- Manage change implementation effectively to minimize the risk of obsolescence.
- Process customer Sales Orders and prepare shipment/export documentation.
- Deal quickly with any problems that may delay sales, and liaise with relevant departments.
- Participate in the management of the CRM process.

Logistics Management
- Processing accurate Import and Export documentation to ensure the smooth flow of products in / out of the UK.
- Liaise with Logistics providers and shipping departments to ensure accurate, timely shipments from suppliers and to customers.
Others
- Support Operations Director in any other tasks to achieve smooth operation of the business.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company employees, as necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Participate in the monthly review and other meetings where requested to provide input.

Required Skills
- Professional knowledge of SAP or ERP software
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferable in Mandarin as well.
- Working knowledge of Customer Service and logistics management.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
- Have customer service and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible/adaptable – able to cope with change.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a strong record of results.
