The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Administrator to join our Product team within our Retail division, at our Rosehill office in Carlisle. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about providing comprehensive administrative support to the Product team and ensure the efficient day-to-day co-ordination of the product file.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting the smooth operation of our retail and commercial activities.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the product file is up to date and maintenance to ensure this is an accurate file for the stores and the sales team to work from.
  • To support the product team with key areas of accountability including product code creation, call offs, uploading prices into the system and adjusting stocks.
  • To maintain and manage bespoke code reports, this will include making sure the product file is fit for use and will include supporting the business to use this effectively.
  • To work in collaboration with the product managers and stores to ensure timely and accurate information is available for implementation.
  • To lead on problems with product item codes and dealing with these in an efficient and timely manner.
  • To adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualities Required

  • Fully IT literate with an understanding of D365 and excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Proven experience of demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of prioritising tasks.

Desirable

  • Product knowledge and experience of working in a retail environment.
