You'll help keep things moving behind the scenes, from managing documentation and maintaining accurate records to supporting equipment, projects and day-to-day workshop activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Workshop team, including maintaining documentation, records, spreadsheets, invoices and timesheets.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate and processes are followed.
  • Maintain asset records, equipment maintenance files, training records, certifications and other technical documentation, ensuring everything is up to date and easy to access.
  • Create and maintain organised electronic filing systems and support the administration and updating of equipment work orders.
  • Assist with project mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including documentation, equipment sourcing and coordination with Project and Workshop teams.
  • Support the administration of third-party equipment and QHSE documentation, ensuring required records and certifications are maintained.
  • Provide wider administrative support across the business, including covering for colleagues, supporting apprentices and getting involved in ad-hoc projects when required.
  • Work in line with Ashtead Technology's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards and procedures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
