Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Partners, Directors, Managers, and wider teams, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Manage document processing and records administration, including scanning, filing, archiving, maintaining client records, and updating practice management systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a professional reception service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Taunton office.
- Support client and business processes through activities such as billing administration, KYC documentation, Company Secretarial tasks, and electronic submissions to HMRC and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office functions, including arranging facilities, equipment, refreshments, and logistics to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Team Administrator, Secretary, or Business Support role.
- Experience working within a professional services environment (e.g. accountancy, legal, financial services, consultancy, or similar).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong administrative, document management, and record-keeping skills.
