£28,000 - £33,000 DOE
Permanent, Full-Time (4 days per week considered)
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and switched-on Business Administrator to join our team in Wimbledon.
We are a specialist recruitment agency working across the music, entertainment, live events and technology sectors, partnering with exciting businesses and brands across the UK and internationally.
Working closely with our Founder and wider team, you’ll support across administration, finance, systems, marketing and general operations. It’s a varied role, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes ownership and can spot what needs doing without always being asked.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Founder and wider team with day-to-day administration
- Processing invoices and supporting finance administration, including payroll
- Managing our CRM, databases, data and weekly reporting
- Supporting marketing activity, including email campaigns, social media and website updates
- Managing general enquiries and supporting office coordination
- Supporting diary management, meetings, travel and business logistics
- Coordinating tasks and projects and helping improve internal processes
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Supporting with general business tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Quick to learn new systems and comfortable with technology
- Commercially aware and solutions-focused
- Someone who sees something that needs doing and gets it done

Previous experience in administration, operations, business support, executive support, finance administration or office management would be beneficial. Experience with CRM systems, reporting, invoicing or payroll is a plus.
