As a pivotal member of a dynamic Product, Design & Marketing group, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all third-party content integrated into products, platforms, and services is meticulously licensed, ethically sourced, and perfectly aligned with global brand standards and regional appropriateness. Your expertise will directly impact the integrity and legal compliance of groundbreaking creative initiatives, safeguarding the brand’s reputation and enabling innovative content delivery to millions of users worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in bringing innovative content to life while upholding the highest legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Educate teams on legal, third-party content, and brand considerations, fostering a culture of compliance and awareness.
- Assess, manage, and communicate risks effectively, providing strategic options and advice to team leads on potential exposure.
- Communicate potential issues proactively to leadership and Legal teams, ensuring timely resolution and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with third-party content licensors to secure necessary consent and clear rights for the use of their assets.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with established procedures and policies related to vendors, talent, licensing, and publishing.
- Facilitate seamless internal communication between diverse teams, ensuring project momentum and addressing local legal issues, content constraints, and timing considerations.
- Provide expert legal perspective, advice, and counsel on a wide variety of matters, including trademarks and copyright, to multiple internal teams.

Required Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of business affairs experience, ideally within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of a leading technology ecosystem, including its various hardware devices, software applications, and digital services, with a focus on content platforms.
- Strong communication skills, a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Sound strategic, legal, and business judgment, particularly in challenging situations.
- A collaborative team player with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pragmatic legal and brand judgment.
- Proficient working knowledge of presentation, spreadsheet, and document creation software; familiarity with collaborative workspace tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
