We're looking for an experienced Business Affairs Manager to join a leading global technology business, supporting its EMEIA Product, Design & Marketing teams.
Location: London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
Contract: 5-month initial contract, with scope to extend
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong business affairs experience, ideally within technology, who can hit the ground running and work confidently across creative, product, marketing, and legal teams.
You'll be responsible for business affairs matters across the EMEIA Product, Design & Marketing group, helping ensure third-party content featured across products, platforms, and services is appropriately licensed, commissioned, brand-aligned, and regionally appropriate.

You'll act as a trusted partner to teams, identifying issues early, managing risk, and helping projects move forward while balancing legal, commercial, creative, and brand considerations.
The role will involve:
- Advising teams on legal, third-party content, and brand considerations
- Identifying and communicating risks
- Working with licensors and third parties to secure permissions and clear rights
- Supporting compliance across vendors, talent, licensing, and publishing
You'll also work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Creative, and Legal teams, flag local legal considerations and content constraints, and provide advice across a broad range of matters including copyright and trademarks.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' business affairs experience, ideally in technology
- Strong issue-spotting skills and excellent commercial judgement
- Familiarity with technology products and digital platforms
- Experience working with creative teams and legal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A highly collaborative approach and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Pragmatic legal and brand judgement
- A good sense of humour and a genuine team-oriented approach
- Working knowledge of Keynote, Numbers, and Pages; familiarity with Quip is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
