Business Agility Lead

πŸ“ London, Bristol or Yorkshire (Hybrid Working – 2 Days Per Week Onsite)
πŸ“… Initial 6-Month Contract | Potential Extension

πŸš€ Opportunity for an experienced Agile Coach, Agile Transformation Lead or Business Agility Consultant to influence senior leaders, drive organisational change and improve delivery performance across large-scale technology and business teams.

We're partnering with a leading UK organisation to recruit a Business Agility Lead to support multiple cross-functional teams in optimising agile delivery, improving productivity, and embedding sustainable ways of working. This is a highly visible role, working directly with senior Product, Technology and Business leaders to drive agility, improve delivery outcomes and help teams maximise the value they deliver to customers and colleagues.

Why This Role is Different

This isn't a traditional Scrum Master position.

You'll be operating at a strategic level, partnering with leadership teams responsible for large delivery functions and coaching them to build high-performing, self-sustaining agile teams. You'll use data, insights and agile expertise to influence delivery approaches, improve flow, optimise team structures, and enable meaningful cultural change across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • βœ… Coaching senior leaders, product teams and technology teams on agile principles and ways of working.
  • βœ… Supporting large delivery teams to improve effectiveness, efficiency, predictability and value delivery.
  • βœ… Driving mindset and culture change through customer-centric and product-led thinking.
  • βœ… Using delivery metrics, data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and solve complex delivery challenges.
  • βœ… Improving team productivity, delivery cadence and data quality.
  • βœ… Supporting the design and optimisation of team structures, operating models and agile practices.
  • βœ… Introducing continuous improvement initiatives and providing coaching when teams are off-track.
  • βœ… Standing up new agile teams and advising on the most effective frameworks, methodologies and tools.
  • βœ… Facilitating workshops, training sessions and coaching engagements across a broad stakeholder community.
  • βœ… Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery priorities remain aligned to business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
