We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Business Analyst to help understand business needs, analyse processes and data, and translate requirements into practical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders, analysing information, and helping teams make better business decisions in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of process maps, workflows, business cases, and documentation
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams
- Support project teams throughout the planning, development, testing, and implementation stages
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements
- Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential areas for improvement
- Track requirements and ensure changes are properly documented and communicated
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across business processes
- Maintain accurate business analysis documentation and knowledge bases
- Stay informed about industry trends, business processes, and relevant technologies

Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic understanding of business process analysis and improvement
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL or databases is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Strong written and spoken English
- Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
