Job Title: Business Analysis and Onboarding Specialist
Location: Manchester, Glasgow, or Ipswich (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Onboarding Specialist to support the analysis, onboarding, and migration of critical applications across complex estates. Sitting between architecture, delivery teams, and application owners, you will help turn complex application landscapes into clear, actionable plans that enable delivery teams to make informed migration decisions.

- Gather, validate, and maintain accurate application data and inventories.
- Identify application patterns, groupings, and technical dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with architects to assess current-state environments and target solutions.
- Engage application owners and technical teams to resolve data gaps and unknowns.
- Support application onboarding into agreed target platforms while tracking risks, blockers, and decisions.
- Provide clear, concise status updates and delivery reporting to stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong business analysis skills with proven experience in application portfolios, migrations, or onboarding activities.
- Proven ability to organize large amounts of complex information and translate it into practical actions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly collaborative, inclusive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in cyber security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), infrastructure, or regulated environments is highly advantageous.
