About The Role

This role for an apprenticeship within the Digital and IT team, supporting UX and service design activities that help improve council services and deliver the Digital Strategy.

The apprentice will learn and apply business analysis techniques, including user research, process mapping, requirements gathering, service redesign, and testing of new digital solutions.

You will have a structured learning programme with an external learning provider to support you in completing the formal apprenticeship course.

About The Team You’ll Be Working In

You will be working alongside analysts, researchers, designers and developers, they will contribute to projects that put residents’ needs at the centre of service improvement while developing professional skills through structured apprenticeship training.

The role requires enthusiasm for technology, strong attention to detail, customer focus, problem solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

This role will report into Business Analysis Lead

About You

You need to meet the criteria for the apprenticeship course (information will be sent).

Other than that you need to have an enthusiasm for learning and be able to combine studying and working and be able grasp a lot of information in a very short period of time.

Please note you will need to spend a minimum of 2 days a week in Hounslow House.

The rules for those eligible for apprentice roles are set by Government including minimum qualifications and applications will be firstly filtered based on those requirements as part of the initial sifting of applications
