As Business Analysis Manager (BAM), you will partner closely with Global HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to align UKG and ADP capabilities with business objectives. You will serve as a key contributor in the ongoing management, optimization, and expansion of our workforce management and payroll platforms, supporting both countries operating in production and future deployment initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage UKG and ADP functional domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
  • Drive the workforce management and payroll technology roadmap, balancing support, enhancements, compliance requirements, and future expansion initiatives.
  • Own platform roadmaps, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and vendors to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
  • Lead planning and prioritization of system enhancements in alignment with business priorities and available resources.
  • Act as primary liaison between business and technical teams for workforce management and payroll initiatives.
  • Support production countries through issue resolution, root cause analysis, enhancement delivery, and governance activities.
  • Provide functional expertise for future country implementations, including solution design, testing, and transition-to-support planning.
  • Collaborate across the HR technology ecosystem, including UKG, ADP, Workday, and related integrations.
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation requirements.
  • Document requirements, configurations, testing, and operational processes to ensure long-term supportability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
