Business Analyst

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience across Salesforce CRM platforms and complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong banking and financial services domain knowledge.
• Experience with regulatory and control environments.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
• Large-scale Salesforce transformation programme experience.
• Business requirements gathering and analysis.
• User story, feature, and acceptance criteria creation.
• Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Dependency, risk, and issue management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major Salesforce transformation workstreams from discovery through technology delivery and business outcomes.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex business areas and drive requirements through to implementation.
• Translate complex business needs and colleague journeys into clear technology requirements, features, and actionable user stories.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, drive decisions, and resolve ambiguity.
• Identify and proactively manage cross-programme dependencies, risks, and delivery gaps.
• Work closely with Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration, and Testing teams.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into technology solutions.
• Provide direction and guidance to other Business Analysts.
• Support high-quality and timely delivery across large-scale Salesforce programmes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of programme delivery processes and outcomes.
