Business Analyst - Digital Transformation
A leading global specialty insurer is hiring a Business Analyst to join their IT team and help deliver a major digital transformation programme — building a new underwriting workbench to modernise workflows and drive automation.
You'll be the key link between business stakeholders and tech teams, owning requirements from discovery through to delivery.

You'll:
- Gather and document business requirements (use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams)
- Assess feasibility and trade-offs with developers and architects
- Support integration design with data engineers and third-party vendors
- Present solutions across the business
- Support testing and change adoption

You'll need:
- A good number of years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in insurance, ideally with underwriting platforms/policy admin systems
- Strong grasp of insurance processes and policy lifecycle
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall
