Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

A leading global specialty insurer is hiring a Business Analyst to join their IT team and help deliver a major digital transformation programme — building a new underwriting workbench to modernise workflows and drive automation.

You'll be the key link between business stakeholders and tech teams, owning requirements from discovery through to delivery.

  • Gather and document business requirements (use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams)
  • Assess feasibility and trade-offs with developers and architects
  • Support integration design with data engineers and third-party vendors
  • Present solutions across the business
  • Support testing and change adoption

You'll need:

  • A good number of years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in insurance, ideally with underwriting platforms/policy admin systems
  • Strong grasp of insurance processes and policy lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall
