About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Technician to join our dynamic team at TEAM Industrial Services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our industrial projects by performing a variety of technical tasks, inspections, and maintenance activities. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, inspection, or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to safety standards.
- Willingness to travel or work overtime as required by project needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Support installation, repair, and commissioning activities on-site, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately in company systems.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to creating a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to facilitate project execution and problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
