Rate: £572.99 via Umbrella company
Contract Duration: 18th of December 2026
Location: Occasional travel to either London, Birmingham or Sheffield
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major regulatory change programme focused on pay transparency and people governance. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse current processes, identify gaps, and help design and implement compliant future-state solutions.

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Conduct as-is and to-be process mapping and gap analysis.
- Support testing, UAT, implementation readiness, and issue resolution.
- Identify data quality issues and support remediation activities.
- Contribute to governance, controls, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven Business Analyst experience within large, complex organisations.
- Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, governance, or transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience conducting gap analysis and supporting solution design.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Desirable
- Experience with pay transparency
