About the role…
We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Consultant Product Team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Consultant experience.
As part of a collaborative cross-functional team, you'll work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, fellow Business Analysts, and stakeholders across the business to understand current ways of working, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into effective product solutions.
Your insight and analysis will play a key role in delivering meaningful change and supporting our ongoing digital transformation programme.
At the heart of this role is our commitment to empowering Consultants to succeed. By understanding user needs and championing continuous improvement, you'll help create the tools, experiences, and capabilities that enable Consultants to deliver exceptional service, grow thriving franchise businesses, and inspire lasting success for the members they support.

The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements to create shared understanding and support effective delivery
- Mapping current and future processes to identify opportunities for improvement and help shape better ways of working
- Translating insight, user needs and business priorities into clear requirements, recommendations and solutions that support confident decision-making
- Working closely with Product, Technology and wider business teams to ensure changes are clearly understood, well defined and aligned with the product vision
- Supporting the development of new products and improvements across our two-year roadmap and beyond, helping to enhance the tools, processes and experiences that support Consultants every day
- Championing continuous improvement and ensuring every development reflects our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every Consultant.

About you…
We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about delivering an outstanding service and you:
- Are an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys getting under the skin of how things work and turning insight into practical, meaningful change
- Are confident working with people at different levels of a business, asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and helping teams get to the heart of what’s really needed
- Can bring structure and clarity to complex or evolving ideas — shaping high and low-level requirements, mapping processes, and translating detail into clear recommendations
- Enjoy exploring problems, challenging assumptions in a constructive way, and spotting opportunities to improve experiences, outcomes, and ways of working
- Are comfortable connecting people, processes, data and technology to help create solutions that are useful, sustainable and easy to understand
- Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments where shared understanding, curiosity and good communication make all the difference
- Can balance careful attention to detail with the bigger picture, keeping momentum while ensuring decisions are well informed.

This is a full time role based at our Head Office in Alfreton. We're open to discuss a nine-day fortnight and some remote working, depending on business needs.
