Salary: up to £55,000.00 per annum

Our Ways of Working
We’re all about flexibility, community and a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office working. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.
To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

In this position, you’ll be joining the technology team, reporting directly to the Product Engineering Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for our product led teams.
- Data Analysis: Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for optimisation
- Solution Design: Working closely with our Architects, develop and propose solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategy
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that requirements are understood, and solutions meet customer needs
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Documentation: Develop intuitive, simple documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Electrify us with your skills:
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience within a similar role. We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the EV or energy sector is a plus
