We're Looking for a Talented Business Analyst

We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing Collective Actions team in Liverpool, on Maternity Cover Contract expected to last 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming how we deliver services to clients, helping shape and implement an enhanced end-to-end client journey while supporting innovative business change projects.

Working closely with the Delivery Lead and Senior Business Analyst, you'll help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that change initiatives deliver real value to both our clients and colleagues.

In this role, you'll help deliver customer-centric change projects that improve efficiency, support business growth, and enhance the client experience. You'll contribute to the successful delivery of projects throughout the product and delivery lifecycle while helping to build scalable, future-ready processes and systems.

  • Conducting research and business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Analysing large datasets to uncover trends, issues, and potential solutions.
  • Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of effective, compliant, and customer-focused end-to-end processes.
  • Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Mapping and re-engineering business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Developing business cases and conducting cost-benefit analysis to support decision making.
  • Working closely with operational teams to prioritise requests and ensure successful delivery of business improvements.
  • Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Supporting the adoption of automation, AI, machine learning and other digital solutions that enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance systems, controls, and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Change Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging subject matter experts.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requests and activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large volumes of data.

Desirable

  • Experience using Power Query or a willingness and aptitude to self-learn.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working on digital transformation or change initiatives.
  • Understanding of case management systems or legal services environments.
  • Exposure to automation, AI, machine learning, or other emerging technologies.
