Business Analyst – Transformation

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a successful business based in the Midlands, to support strategic change projects that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and technology-enabled change across a complex, multi-site environment.
In this role, you will work closely with teams across the organisation to align business objectives with change initiatives, helping to deliver projects that support long-term strategic goals and create measurable value.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver customer value and commercial benefits.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to secure the input, buy-in, and support needed for successful project delivery.
- Elicit, document, and agree end-to-end requirements across people, process, and technology.
- Work across project workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios to deliver high-complexity, high-benefit projects.
- Support effective execution and tracking of solution design success across a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic objectives.

About you

- Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; retail experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis practice, including relevant elicitation techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to visualise and document complex business systems using modelling techniques suitable for a range of audiences.
- Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant qualifications such as BCS Diploma, AMPG, or equivalent are desirable.
