Join Our Team as a Business Analyst!

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and shaping strategic solutions? We’re seeking a proactive Business Analyst on a Fixed Term basis (12-14 months) to bridge business needs with technical solutions, support regulatory projects, and optimize processes across our organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Gather, analyse, prioritise, and document business and functional requirements
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies and potential risks and assist with defining data quality standards and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective solutions
  • Develop process maps, reports, and dashboards to inform decision-making
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support change management and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Assist in delivering regulatory projects, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing operational efficiency
  • Analyse and document operational processes across departments

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in insurance operations, claims, policy management, or risk
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools and insurance systems
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations like GDPR, Solvency II, AML
  • Ability to identify risks and support large-scale change initiatives

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
