Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools will be advantageous. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed are qualities we value highly.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet client specifications
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking events
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements
- Providing strategic advice on talent acquisition strategies
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our systems
- Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively and identify new recruitment opportunities
