๐น Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Bournemouth, UK. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, map business processes, support solution delivery, and ensure that the final solutions align with business objectives.
๐น Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and refine business process workflows aligned with BPNM 2.0 standards.
- Work closely with technical teams to provide guidance and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, user stories, and other BA deliverables.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating delivered solutions against agreed business requirements.
- Identify process improvements and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

๐น Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Process Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with BPNM 2.0 frameworks.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to guide technical teams on user requirements and solution delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating process flows, functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
- Experience working across both business and technology teams.
