Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with operational and technological solutions, helping to improve processes, business performance, and the quality of organisational decision-making.

The successful candidate will be involved in analysing internal business processes, defining functional requirements, collaborating with both technical and business teams, and translating business needs into practical and measurable solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and formalise business requirements.
  • Support the design of functional and operational solutions.
  • Prepare functional documentation and analytical reports.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Monitor process performance and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and actionable insights.

This role is ideal for analytical, well-organised professionals with excellent communication skills who can translate business needs into clear requirements and effective operational solutions. Previous experience in business analysis, consulting, or other data-driven roles is considered an advantage, although motivated candidates with strong analytical abilities will also be considered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with business processes and requirements modelling
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
